Mr. Li graduated from the Dept. of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University in 1999.
Then he worked as a vice president in the Business Unit in a large foreign chemical group.
Mr. Li has deep understandings in enterprise management, corporate strategies, corporate finance and corporate operations. Merger and acquisition cases he conducted include the integration of Chinese building material and cement industry, the mergers and acquisitions of domestic cement industry by foreign institutions, and the CDB financing between Southern Cement Ltd. and China Development Bank.
