Yue Gao

Chief Manager of HHIC, Beijing.

Graduated from Renmin University of China with a Bachelor's degree in Law in 1996.
Mr. Gao became a lawyer in 1997, and now is the member of Beijing Lawyer Association of Administration, and the member of Beijing Law Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association.

From 1996 to 2000, he had worked in C&I PARTNERS, Beijing.
From 2000 to 2004, he had worked as a partner of Beijing Fulgence Law Firm.
From 2004 to 2009, he had worked as a partner of King&Wood PRC Lawyers.

Mr. Gao is well trained and has accumulated rich experiences from the cases he has handled in lots of areas, including civil actions, criminal actions, administration actions, admiralty proceedings, and economic arbitrations locally and internationally. Moreover, Mr. Gao has participated in some acquisitions between international investment banks and local asset management companies, and in the disposal of some toxic assets for overseas and domestic banks. Also, he has offered professional law services to some influential investment projects.
